18" x 18" Oil on Canvas

I am returning again to one of my favorite subjects, light through the trees.
This time early morning with a heavy fog in the distance behind a stand of trees.
The fog disperses the sunlight and creates subtle reflected light passages
in and around the trees.

As I look out my window at the snowy New England landscape I know that
spring will come again and as always we will be grateful to have survived the
winter yet again.
