In
conversations with prospective buyers there is often concerns,
when making
a purchase, whether or not a certain piece will work in a given
location
in the home. Some times this is a size issue and other times it
is a style issue.
This is especially true if the purchase is made online.
In an
effort to assist in that process I am now offering a free
service to all my prospective buyers.
Here's
how it works.
Step 1.
Select a painting you are interested in from my collection and
note it's size.
Step 2.
With your digital camera take a photo of the wall where the new
painting would be located.
Step 3.
Now measure the floor to ceiling dimension or, say, the
dimension from the top of the sofa to the ceiling or as pictured
above, the horizontal open space. You get the idea. Please be
sure to shoot straight on like the photo above.

hard to scale from.
Step 4.
E-mail me (don@fineartbydonreed.com)
your wall photo (please resample it to under 2MG) with the
dimensional info and the painting or paintings you are
interested in. In the subject line please write "Scale the
Painting"
Then I
will scale the photo and electronically place the painting
(including the frame) on the wall.
Then I will e-mail the revised photo back to you for your
consideration with the price of the painting ( including
shipping).
